This nine-week course provides intensive exposure to the principles and practices of Six Sigma. you will receive immediate reinforcement of the classroom learning by applying your training to a real-time project within your organization.
CONNSTEP's Six Sigma training specialists have designed training and mentoring modules that are essential to your understanding of the principles and practices of Six Sigma.
Upon completion of the training program and real-time business project, you will receive a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, awarded by CONNSTEP, Connecticut's Manufacturing Resource.

Institute of Standards and Technology Manufacturing Extension
Partnership (NIST/MEP). Our dedicated trainers are committed

On-Site Mentoring & Real-Time Projects
CONNSTEP's Six Sigma Green Belt Certification program was
developed to enable participants to translate classroom learning
into actual business results. The real-time project and on-site
mentoring assistance are key components of the CONNSTEP course -
the methodologies of Six Sigma that are taught in the classroom
sessions will be implemented to immediately improve business
performance.
A Six Sigma Black Belt, with over twenty-five years of process improvement experience, will lead the program and mentor participants to guarantee maximum return on investment.
Class size is limited to allow for participants to succeed in this intensive, interactive and hands-on training course.Following the successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from CONNSTEP and will leave equipped with a working knowledge of the powerful Six Sigma tools, ready to champion Six Sigma implementation within their organizations.

Registration
$1,295.00 per participant;
$1,195.00 each for 2+ participants per company.
A 30% deposit per participant is required to confirm registration
(full payment required for on-line
registration)
Registration includes all course materials as well as lunch
at each classroom session.
No refund of the 30% deposit will be given on cancellations
received less than two weeks prior to the
start of the program.
Registration is transferable; substitutions may be made up to
48 hours prior to the start of the
course.
Please note: In order to successfully complete the course and earn certification, it is imperative that all participants attend all classroom sessions and complete the Six Sigma project per specifications. Exceptions to this are subject to the discretion of the CONNSTEP Six Sigma Program trainer.
