Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Process improvement training built to impact your bottom line.

Six Sigma is a focused approach to process improvement which seeks to improve the quality of process outputs y identifying and removing the causes of defects to minimize variability in manufacturing and business processes.

Six Sigma was formulated by Motorola in 1986, heavily inspired by the preceding decades of quality improvement methodologies and based on the work of pioneers such as Shewhart, Deming, Juran, Taguchi and others...

This nine-week course provides intensive exposure to the principles and practices of Six Sigma.  you will receive immediate reinforcement of the classroom learning by applying your training to a real-time project within your organization.
